Making the message worth sending
Before you type, think about what a useful reply needs. A message that names the specific page or feature you were looking at, and describes what you expected versus what actually happened, gives the team something they can act on. Vague notes like “the site is broken” slow things down; a sentence that says where you were and what you were doing gets a far more practical answer.
Include the browser you use and the device you are on, especially if the problem only shows up on one of them. If you are complaining about a bonus, a payout or a verification step, mention the casino and the exact offer or transaction involved. The more concrete the detail, the less back-and-forth is needed before someone can look into it.
Where the information goes
Everything written into the form is read by the people who run this site, not by the casinos we write about. Your message stays with us for as long as it takes to sort out the issue and is not passed on to any operator unless you explicitly ask us to forward it. We do not sell the contents of these messages, and we do not use them for marketing.
Feedback about the website itself — broken links, outdated bonus terms, a review that no longer matches reality — is collected and used to correct the pages. Corrections are made without naming the person who reported them. If you spot something that has changed since we published it, that is exactly the kind of note that gets acted on fastest.
What we can and cannot do
This form is for feedback about the website, not for disputes with a casino. If you have a problem with a withdrawal, a bonus or an account, we cannot intervene on your behalf and we cannot make an operator respond. What we can do is read your account of the problem and, where we have a contact at the operator, pass on a request for information — but we make no promise that anyone will reply, and we never commit to a particular outcome.
We also cannot offer gambling advice or help with problem gambling. If you are concerned about your own play or someone else's, the responsible-gambling resources listed on this site are the right place to start, and they can be reached independently of anything you write here. Messages sent through this form are not a substitute for those services.
If you have not heard back within a reasonable time, it usually means the message did not include enough to act on, or the issue is one we cannot resolve. Sending the same note twice with added detail is more useful than repeating it word for word. We read everything that arrives, even when a reply is not possible.
